To Make A Reservation

Give us a call at 1-888- Lilleys (1-888-545-5397) with date of arrival and requested room.  Email is handy but it's a little easier if you call us so we can instantly let you know what we have available. 

We require the first night's rent as deposit to hold all reservation, by credit card or check. Cancellations seven weeks before you arrival date and your deposit is fully refunded.  Later cancellations will be refunded only if we are able to rebook for the entire reservation. Early departures will be handled as cancellations and refunded only if rebooked.  We consider our reservations as a simple contract between two informed parties.  If you are not in agreement with our policies or terms, please let us know at least three weeks before your arrival date. 

Cancellations will only be handled by phone or in person - NO EMAIL OR LETTERS BY MAIL!  Emails and letters get lost. 

Cancellations can only by made by the party that made the reservation. 

We do have a three-night minimum for reservations during our busiest season, May 15 through October 31 and some holidays (Thanksgiving, Washington's B-Day and Easter).  However, we do fill one- and two-night holes if our schedule allows, so please give us a call. 

 

This condo is located in Building 51, Unit #7, overlooking Fairway #10.  It's within walking distance to the clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pools & tennis courts -- and only about a quarter-mile from Lake Taneycomo's premiere trophy area access, located just across from Lookout Island.  This area is great for wade & flyfishing.  The complex is just a mile from Table Rock Dam and the Shepherd of the Hills Hatchery and two miles from Moonshine Beach, a swimming beach area on Table Rock Lake. It's four miles to Lilleys' Landing Resort & Marina where dock fishing and boat rentals on Lake Taneycomo are available.
