Resort MapClick here to download our Resort Map. Extra PeopleWe charge $5 per person, 18 years and older, per night for extra people, over the number specified in each room. We do not charge for kids 17 years and younger. We do not, however, crowd our rooms to the point of misuse. Please ask if you have any questions about this policy. Smoking PolicyAll of our buildings are smoke free year-round. Guests may smoke outside, but there is a $150 fine if smoke is detected inside a room. So you are welcome to smoke outside, but be sure it doesn’t drift inside units or office buildings. Fully Equipped KitchensAll Lilleys’ Landing units have fully-equipped kitchens. Most have ovens but a few have only stove tops with separate countertop broiler ovens. All are stocked with:
Bed and Bath LinensAll units are also stocked with bath and bed linens. These linens can be exchanged each morning by setting the used linen outside or by taking it to the office. We offer no housekeeping services inside rooms during guest stays, except any cleaning supplies needed. Check-in and check-out proceduresCheck-in time is anytime after 2 p.m., although boats can be rented as early as 7 a.m. Guests must check out by 10 a.m. unless late departure is available from the office staff. We allow dogs in every room except for #26. We strive to have a common-sense policy that allows guests to bring their dogs, while also protecting other guests and property. Dogs are allowed for $10 per night per pet only when owners accept responsibility to keep their dogs off furniture and beds, walk them on a leash and leave them unattended only in a carrier. We also ask for a cell phone number in case of excessive barking. Damages will incur extra charges. We gratefully expect owners to clean up any messes on the resort grounds — small trash bags are available in the office any time.
