Unit #22  NONSMOKING during season (April through December) 

Rate:  $89 for four people

This multi-purpose 30' x 30' room has a large kitchen area with a double oven & serving island. Beds in the open room can be made as one king and one twin bed or three twins.  This unit is not considered lakefront but opens on main drive for easy unloading.  Right next to the pool, it is comfortable for groups, families or couples. The bathroom is equipped for the handicapped.

New Multi-Media Conference Room - NONSMOKING YEAR ROUND

Guest Rate: $75 day, $50 half day. Nonguest: $90 day, $75 half day
Half day consist of five hours, either in the a.m. or p.m. only

This 12' x 30' conference room has flexible seating for up to 24 people with folding tables and chairs. It is outfitted with an HD projector and screen, WiFi & ethernet, seven-point surround sound and video games, including Wii. Since french doors connect it to the swimming pool deck, it is perfect for small business or personal gatherings and pool parties. This room is connected to unit #22 and can be used in conjunction with it if reserved at the same time. You may rent it for half or full days.

All our units will be NONSMOKING from the months of April through December. 
 Guests will be asked to smoke outside during these months.

All units are also stocked with bath and bed linens.  These linens can be exchanged each morning by setting the used  linen outside or by taking it to the office.  We offer no housekeeping services inside the rooms during guests' stay, except to offer any cleaning supplies guests may want.
